Are those extra indicators between headlight/front indicator/bumper add by the owner?

Or by the local importer ? Anyway, this car is US-spec. There's a long conversation scene inside the car, and there's a safety thing written in English on the driver's sun visor.

AFAIK it was never officially sold in West Germany. As filmed around Frankfurt, it's most likely a car, brought by an US-GI to Germany.

And being it it's also Frankfurt, you also could actually buy one of these cars new (via special order) thru the AAFES New Car Sales offices? (Which Frankfurt had one. A 'Big' one??) Not real common, but I knew of a few Germans who 'had some connections' ('Local Hire' civilians mostly who had access to the post,as well as family members of a GI's German Born wife??) who bought a new American (That wasn't sold there otherwise? You know, like an LTD?? :D ) car this way??

If it's like our '75 LTD,it'll be the instructions for the Seat Belt/Ignition interlock? (Car has a safety deal where it wasn't supposed to start unless the seat belts were fastened? And just like those stupid seat belt buzzers, most were bypassed within days of the car being bought!!)

Although I grew up in the British Zone -where AFAIK there were not similar shop-, plus the total lack of interest, I know about these shops. But you cannot count that "official selling".
