2014-2017 ( time of movie , HD ones seems to have kept the pre-facelift face ) can't determine if it is a 2500 or 3500 -- Last edit: 2017-08-03 17:01:27 |

2015-16 due to introduction for the HD series. The 2017 version has faux scoop at the bonnet. Looks to me, it is Crew Cab/Standard Box body style. |

i thought the hood scoop was in the option list ( or part of a specific trim/special edition ) |

These were available on 2015 models built after August 2014. Link to "www.silveradosierra.com" |

So, it was part of an optional extended door mounted mirror package available on the LTZ trim level? |

It's a 2500HD because it has 20-inch wheels. You can get a 3500HD with the standard box (no short box for HD models), but it will have 18-inch wheels because of payload requirements. |

W/T,LT, LTZ and High Country. LTZ and High Country have the chrome mirror cap, while LT and W/T have a black-textured mirror cap. LTZ and High Country mirrors also power fold, while the lower trims do not. |
