 Another movie set in WWII Poland on the German side for the millionth time - are they ever going to make one about resistance to the Soviet occupation? Katyn (2007) is practically the only one I know. Though you could argue that it is because after the war these territories were not returned to Poland, in 1940 people didn't know how it would end. They just wanted to be free...

 Well, history is written by the victors. And so they write the stories.
But apart from that, this movie was worth watching: Interesting story, almost unexpected plot twist. And IMO it was really good that there was no German dubbing what made it much more authentic.

 As a cineast i can only confirm from the pictures shown here that the atmosphere is well captured.
