A village of 14th century copper miners in the English Lake District ![[Image: 06-46cumbria1348.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/10314/06-46cumbria1348.jpg) are terrified that the Black Death plague is about to arrive in their midst, so they decide to tunnel through the earth to emerge on the other side (so Cumbrian miners knew in 1348 that the earth was round, not flat  ) and as luck would have it emerge in Auckland, New Zealand (the statistical probability is that they would have hit the seabed, not dry land ...) where they have various adventures. I think the ambulance is a facelift model Bedford CF. It has indicators on the corner that a Freight-Rover would not have. |
