Did some Googling and it seems that "Those Lovable Scallawags with their Gangs" is a sort of re-release TV series title for these Our Gang/Little Rascals films, so "In the Backyard" may not be the original title. It's possible it's just not on IMDB yet (IMDB may list a hell of lot of things but not quite everything that's ever been made), but could this http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0235084/ be it?
