93montero ◊ 2011-07-29 14:04	It is obviously a ripoff of John Carpenter's Escape from New York with a Snake Plissken like hero character. I did like that he wore chain mail the whole movie. Also that they filmed for a very short time in Monument Valley.

Anways: for the origin IMCDb-reason, cars in movies, these desert-junkyard-scenea are much more valuable than street scenes from Manhattan. There the compound of the vehicles is much more boring than on these decades-old scrap-areas
