1974 made-for-TV movie starring the legendary Lee J. Cobb as Maxwell "Max" Gordon, an overworked old-fashioned doctor who still makes house calls in Baltimore area and treats his patients like family, something that causes tension between him and his family, namely his wife and adult son. Starring alongside Lee J. Cobb are Janet Ward and Robert Lipton.

The first of two TV remakes of The Last Angry Man that aired in April 1974, the second 0one airing on April 16th. Intended as a pilot but was never picked up for series.
