He regretted the decision as the damage to the motorcycle was just about covered by the payment. He was a keen classic car & bike collector. I loved buying his impulse buys. I could own endless great cars and sell them on for what I had bought them for. I restored a Commer Camper van from the series, but can't find any reference to it in the episodes. It was based on a Commer milk float body. Just like the Corgi toy model.
