How's this for subtlety: the head nurse (who can somehow overrule doctor's orders) in a hospital for mentally ill is not only named Lucretia, she's also played by Joan Crawford. At least, we now know the devil that spawned nurse Ratched...

Anyway, yes, I submitted this movie purely for the ambulance. I thought listing all those backgroundmobiles was a bit of a stretch, but if this ever comes out in HD, they should look better. I didn't list this one, though:
