No cars in The Browning Version (1951), incidentally. A better film by Anthony Asquith.

The reason is the French title did not appear on imdb in 2011.
It wasn't even added by 2013: Link to "web.archive.org" (page on January 9, 2013)
You are implying though the Finnish title is somehow less important. I think an apology is necessary here.

1951 Browning Version btw excellent film for eLMeR as an ex-teacher. I would rate very few British movies higher.

The IMDb entry says:
"a disliked professor must confront his utter failures as a teacher, a husband, and a man."
Should I understand something specific with this description? :D

Well he has a cheating wife, I'm not saying he's you.
It might resonate more with a teacher. Tell me if I'm wrong.

I certainly did not! You owe me an apology, one more!

I just saw an Asquith's movie tonight (maybe the first in my life — I'll post it tomorrow) and I found it very… academic.

The pics are now time-tagged.
