![]() 1975 made-for-TV holiday film prequel to The House Without A Christmas Tree, where Lisa Lucas, Mildred Natwick, and Jason Robards all reprise their roles as Addie, Grandma, and Jamie Mills, respectively. Former resident-turned-famed actress Constance Payne returns to her hometown of Clear River, Nebraska with the intent on selling her family home and moving on from the town forever. Instead, she finds herself drawn to the town children who teach her about life. I know I'm a couple days late but Happy Easter! The third in a series of four films about the holiday happenings of Addie Mills in 1940s Nebraska. The fourth film, Addie and the King of Hearts, I intended to add on Valentine's Day alongside Champions: A Love Story but it had no cars ![]() Seems to be set in 1946, as evidenced by A Stolen Life on the theater marquee and two prominent cars being 1946 models.
