Будни https://youtu.be/LPiphPRrRyA Action set (and filmed) in USSR/Ukraine in 1940, at least at Kiev-Brovary airport (*). English title could be "Black-letter Days" (or is it just translation ?) All cars are seen in a short sequence nearly a quarter before the end (from 1h12 precisely).
