Gets odder

so here some odd things, according to vague info, this filmed in Thailand but this Ambulance is very clearly a UK ambulance now the plate seems to match /vehicle_798034-Mercedes-Benz-Sprinter-Ambulance-T1N-2006.html but ist white but then a few shots later

it looks very much like that prop even down to the green sticker which it always has like here: /vehicle_611025-Mercedes-Benz-Sprinter-T1N-2006.html

But the other car in this scene has a big fake plate and the uniforms are not from the UK army

so with all that in mind i am going lie down let someone else figure out this mess
