Series origin: / Filmed in: TV movie made by ZDF in 1986 about the travelogue of Theodor Fontaine "Wanderungen durch die Mark Brandenburg". https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wanderungen_durch_die_Mark_Brandenburg Filmed in the area which from 1157 to 1806 was called the Margraviate of Brandenburg (Mark Brandenburg in German, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margraviate_of_Brandenburg), and which in 1986 was almost entirely part of the German Democratic Republic. The mini-series consists of 5 episodes, each one of them titled as the volumes of Fontaine's literary work, it means as the areas concerned by each volume: 1. Am Ruppiner See 2. Rheinsberg und Ruppiner Schweiz 3. Am Rhin und Dosse 4. An der Spree und nach Gransee 5. Im Spreeland. The mini-series is set partially in the 19th century as the original book, and partially in 1986, with scenes from the life of those days in the areas narrated by Theodor Fontaine. -- Last edit: 2019-01-20 11:01:31 |

@admins: I hope to not have duplicated too many vehicles, because I still really don't know old DDR-cars so well. For the same reason, in some shots with more vehicles I didn't mark any of them in order to let you and/or the other contributors pick the most interesting ones. Hope to have done well. |
