It became infamy for essentially being the Club Penguin anime but with the Vietnam War and a PTSD ridden soldier who returned home.
This movie would later be English dubbed and known as "A Penguin's Memory" in 1987.

I used to watch this on VHS back in 2000s, didn't expected to be dark (my aunt who brought it thought it was for kids :lol: )
