1982 Short film about a kid who leaves his late-1950's tricycle next to a junk pile to play with a kite he found, only to have it picked up as junk by two guys in what looks like an early-1950's White 4000 series dump truck in surprisingly decent condition. At the junk yard, the bike magically escapes to find its boy leading to a chase with the truck, an apparent New Rochelle Police car, and an old Elgin Street Sweeper. I'm still gathering all the vehicles.
