I picked this up for reports of lots of Scottish locations (Ullapool, Rannoch, Glencoe - but they're all in the old segments of this complicated timeshift plot - "One man must learn the meaning of courage across four lifetimes centuries apart") and because it's a Bill Forsyth film. But 2 hours later, I've no real idea what it was meant to achieve.

All the car bits are in final half hour after 01-28 - lots of US street footage packed with 1* backgrounds which to me mostly looked like standard porridge, so I only grabbed a few. Someone with better US knowledge might find more stuff, so could be worth a 2nd trawl if anyone can be bothered (and it's only a 30 minute task).

... plus probably a few more if you want to study further, but these were the most obvious.

I don't know if it's just me, but the images don't seem to look sharp enough to be HD. [:heink]

It looks like a issue with the quality of the film that was used to film the movie. Just because a movie was remastered in HD doesnt mean that the quality would be 100% crystal clear.
