Advertisement of Tatra cars but realized as short movie (about 15 minutes), it has title (in czech and english), very, very simple plot, credits etc.
On IMDB is movie with the same title (from 1943) but it's another production.

Whole movie is one, long, very strange chase. :P
(Insane in today way of thinking) driver doesn't orient than policemen chase him!

This driver (truly) was the Czechoslovakian car & bike racing driver Jaroslav Pavelka.
