Was included in a movie collection as a stand alone movie. dsl wrote I think this might be better entered as "Blunt, the Fourth Man", Movie made for TV, 1987. "Screen Two: Blunt, the Fourth Man" can be given as alternative title, and ep 3.02 removed from entries (but still mentioned on this page). Lots of these full-length BBC productions are better known by actual titles - eg another Screen Two release - /movie_111210-Skallagrigg.html - and when they appear now (eg DVD etc) are released by actual title.
