Unfortunately there are many mistakes and anachronisms on vehicles in this movie... but nice aircrafts:

The Spitfires are probably MkVs, as they have the larger radiators under both wings, I think the MkII only has one large and one small, however the cannons have been removed so they look pretty good. All the german He-111s and Bf-109s in the film have Merlin engines so have the wrong cowlings, but they are still probably the best representation of German aircraft in a post war film.

There is also a Humber Heavy Utility, it is in a number of shots, but can be seen centre background of the 1944 Fordson WOT1 main image.
