Chris Farley drives a 1969 Pontiac Bonneville in this movie. |

any chases or crashes? |

A really good chase between the Hopped up Caprice and a Motorcycle! |

There's chase between the souped-up '87 Caprice and the later model Caprice and Harley. In one scene, Chris Farley's tie gets stuck when closing the trunk of the Caddy, oblivious to the eldery couple driving it. It then drives around a parking lot, dragging Chris around. The Ford truck weaves through traffic and drives over a sidewalk, smashing parking meters in its path. |

this movie is so funny...and the car they use is so old... |

There are actually no chases in this movie; just the souped up Caprice accelerates and escapes from Police. |

Better than Tommy Boy in my honest opinion. |

In what way? I love both movies, but how is this better? |
◊ 2015-04-08 04:06 |
I do like Tommy Boy. But to me, Chris Farley was way better in this movie. He was just out of control and whenever he was doing something that is just downright crazy (like the scene where he is getting dragged by the Cadillac or his epic speech at the Rock The Vote concert, just to name a few), I just couldn't stop laughing. I also found the plot more interesting and being set in 90's Washington, felt like the more pure comedy from the 1990's. And I'll take the nitrous-equipped police car over the GTX any day. |

This is also one of my favorite Chris Farley movies along with Tommy Boy and Beverly Hills Ninja. |

You make a good point. I just love Chris Farley movies in general, although my friend despises him and is glad he overdosed (he has no sense of humor). |
◊ 2015-04-08 08:51 |
Boy, that escalated quickly. What is his favorite actor, I wonder? |
◊ 2015-04-08 12:12 |
He says he' s undecided between Hayden Christensen and Leonardo DiCaprio. The only comedic actor he likes is Seth Rogen, which is ironic because Rogen has always stuck me as ripoff of Farley. |
◊ 2015-04-08 14:55 |
Agreed. Seth Rogen is nothing compared to Chris Farley and John Candy. |
◊ 2015-04-08 15:11 |
Great minds think alike! |
◊ 2015-04-08 15:15 |
Missing John Candy... |
◊ 2015-04-08 17:46 |
I mentioned John Candy because he was a another great comedic actor and had also died due to being overweight. |

I am easily saddend by anyone's death, but my friend seems pretty insensitive about the subject; I asked him to cut Farley some slack, and he simply responded "I am surprised that fat retard took as long as he did to keel over". What causes his hostility I have no idea... |

I really wish Chris Farley and David Spade had gotten to make more movies together. They play off of each other so well and have hilarious chemistry! |
