It belongs to the 1961-69 heavy-duty F-/T-Series line (with T for tandem versions), which was slightly different from the main F-Series line. The hood side badge in the second picture makes it a 1963-68 model, and the script in front of this badge indicates a Super Duty model, i.e. a gasoline powered F-850, F-950 or F-1000.
