The 1904 Wolseley on that homepage with registration no T 1058 also participated at the 2006 London to Brighton Run. It is a 6 hp single-cylinder 2-seater...

What about the car behind? I didn't find it yet, but it looks to me like a 1899-1901 de Dion-Bouton Vis-àvis, either Model E (3½HP) or G.

The scene changes shortly after this picture so the car behind does not appear really any larger or clearer than this.

I've been trying to read and search for the registration but with no luck so far. Variations based on 'TP 37' or 'FP 57'.

I'm happy to post another picture if there is a chance of identifying it.

"Y 394" is also one of the Montagu Collection cars .In my catalogue of the Museum ( Pictorial Guide to the Montagu Motor Museums Beaulieu and Brighton 1967-1968) it is listed and Veteran Car Club registered as a 1904 ( current 1904-1906 )Wolseley 6 hp ,single cylinder 1302 cc ( 114.2 X 127 mm),3 speed ,external brakes acting on rear axle with 2 seater body so there again seems to be something abnormal with the cylinder capacity in the registration.
