The flutes are hard to see but I think it is a Vauxhall - maybe a D type from around 1920. It is not big enough to be a Leyland 8. The roadster in front looks like a Trojan. -- Last edit: 2007-03-28 06:57:11 |

Can hardly see flutes here.I was also thinking of a Lanchester Forty on the short chassis ca 1924 , because the grille appears quite flat and pointed at its top unlike Vauxhalls but picture is too blurred.It is a large car anyway. |

Vauxhall I believe is right. I've captured another frame and darkened the picture slightly, to confirm what I believe are the flutes visible on the old film. |
