Fiat or Iveco Fiat? Seems the number at the door's bottom begins from 75..., no? It would be a year of production (in Pekaes company trucks were marked this way). -- Last edit: 2007-03-21 18:46:11 |

In a magazine dated october 1976, the vehicle is named UNIC ( in France ), with the Iveco logo added on the grille. It can be a 190 NT 26 ( 6 cyl 260 HP ) or 190 NT 33 ( V8 330 HP ) |

Yes I know in France it was an UNIC, but here with this cabs were imported only Italian trucks (at least officialy). However it is a very good info, thanks. It means that even when they had a new (small) Iveco logo the make was still Fiat/Unic only. Here I've found some pics from the 1970's, same type of trucks owned by the same company and they have Iveco label in the center of grill as I think. http://www2.shrani.si/files/09tartou435410.jpg http://www2.shrani.si/files/025430507.jpg -- Last edit: 2007-03-21 20:04:11 |

Indeed hard to find pics of '190' with this cab, but I have an article with info about the purchase of Fiats 190 (years ca. 1973-75) by Pekaes. -- Last edit: 2007-03-23 17:13:18 |
