1987+ (Navistar) International logo in the left lower part of the grille (right part, from our point of view .gif ":)") ), so a 1987+ truck.No set back front axle nor aerodynamic bumper/blinkers: not a 9700. → A 1987-88 9670 or a 1988-96 9600.
