From researching Crestline of Canada used this style 1992-1996. For 1997 the recessed top lights and rear 'Econoline' lamps went away. The 1997-2002 are still shaped like this though but have a different tail gate and front box mounted lightbar. 1992-1996 Econoline Crestline New Era [E-350].
