1973, as the DVLA says. The notion that 1974s have different bumper guards from 1973s is an incorrect, yet too-frequently quoted, piece of information on this site. This also shows the car is equipped with the 360 engine, rather than the much rarer 401. |

1973 and 1974 had that style of RUBBER bumpers. My own 1974 had the optional (and ugly) "energy absorbing" version, which had way more rubber. |
