Have not confirmed this Sandie but I have a sneaky suspicion only US built models received this feature. There are A LOT of models with passenger roof mounted antennae in foreign films. Would be extremely coincidental if they were all 2003 models. I just commented on a 2004 model Gamer mentioned by the plate with a passenger roof mounted antenna with an X VIN so it was built in Russia. I believe Russian built models, for ehatever reason, did not get the fender antenna
