I'm guessing "China" in this case refers to ROC, not PRC? Lastvin is still down so I spliced this together from two different decoders. Lastvin is back up. Codes change over the years so that is why the decoders are showing different descriptions for each code. Lastvin seems to be the best one with accuracy of period correct code descriptions.
