Looks like a 1947-55 Chevrolet Advance-Design stake, with the 1954-55 grille and one-piece windshield. With dual rear wheels, so possibly a 1-ton 3800, as the bumper seems to be a "smooth face" one (here an indented heavy-duty bumper) and the hood looks "humpier" than the one of a "heavy-duty" 1½-ton 4100 or 2-ton 6100 (which share the 137"/3.48 m wheelbase with the 3800). Even if the DRW were optional for the ¾-ton 3600 model, I think this latter has a too short wheelbase (125¼"/3.18 m) and its stake racks are lower. At least on the factory models. If indeed a 3800, then it has the 3809 Chevrolet model code: ⇒ 1954 Chevrolet Advance-Design 3800 Stake [3809]?
