Metropolitan Police in London used lots of Morris Minors from about 68 - eg /vehicle_165507-Morris-Minor-1000-1968.html , /vehicle_165518-Morris-Minor-1000-1968.html . Most small UK cars were used as pandas by some force somewhere - Anglias, Minis, A40s, Imps, Avengers, Heralds, Allegros, Vivas, 1100s, Cortinas etc.
