Originally entered from in full length inclusion (22 minutes) on this 2007 compilation DVD "On The Beat - The British Policeman 1900-1984", which in turn was reissued by Atlas Editions a couple of years ago as a free gift for subscribers to their "Best of British Police Cars" partwork mail order series of Vanguards-based 1:43 diecasts. Now everything upgraded on like-for-like basis from better quality version on this DVD COI Collection Volume One: Police and Thieves.

Mildly interesting documentary about new style policing with panda cars, radio communications, and information collation from local patrols. Policemen now worked within a co-ordinated zonal team instead of just walking round their patches on their lonesome doing their own thing as they felt like it. An interesting contrast with this 1959 film. The new diagram
