UK name was Colt Lancer and coded as [A72], J name as registrations = Mitsubishi Lancer [A70] Three of them shown, all works or at least semi-works cars: #3 Andrew Cowan/Paul White, finished 4th. Cowan is Scottish (hoorah! - born in Duns in Scottish Borders which was where Jim Clark was born as well), drove works Imps in late 60s (double hoorah!) and was one of the winning driver team for the Hillman Hunter's most famous rally victory on 1968 London - Sydney Marathon (treble hoorah!). Actually it was the Hunter's only rally victory .. #10 Joginder Singh/David Doig finished 5th (there was another Lancer #20 for Davinder Singh/E Christopher Bates, retired - but this is not seen in the footage) #27 Kenjiro Shinozuka/Quentin Thompson finished 10th - main plus Famous sequence - reused /vehicle_45638-Mitsubishi-Lancer-A70.html and /vehicle_238612-Mitsubishi-Lancer-A70-1973.html
