A pity we cannot see if there are indicator lights just behined the rear doors. The shiny strips on the bonnet were only on the Aluminium bodied Dyna Z, on the steel versions they were painted in body colour (except on Belgian built cars). But because it looks nicer like this, nowadays sometimes the shiny strips can be found on steel cars (like on ours). If everything we can see here is original (shiny strips, bumpers without overriders, no stone guards, simple headlight bezels, central foglight), it must be a late 1955 [Z1] Luxe Spécial (August/September 1955). -- Last edit: 2015-02-25 23:22:12 |

Here we can see the rear of the car. The picture is not sharp enough to see the rear indicator lights, but for sure there are no 1957+ 'couilles de rhinocéros' taillights... Strange to see a stone guard at the rear wheeel and not at the front wheel. /vehicle_790803.html |

'couilles de rhinocéros' ? c'est du vocabulaire de Panhardiste que je n'avais encore jamais entendu pour cette version Dyna57 ![]() |

Mais au fait, toutes les Dyna Z premières générations 1954-55 avaient encore les gros butoirs de pare-chocs. leur suppression n'intervient que fin 55 pour le modèle 1956. C'est donc plutôt une DYNA 56 selon moi. |

On the 1956 Dyna Z the strips on top of the bonnet were painted in body colour. Because they are shiny here I thought it would be one from the last month's production of Dyna 55. But as stated above, the strips might have lost their paint because it looks nicer ![]() |
