1939-47 Job-Rated truck. T-Series for 1939 models, V-Series for 1940 one, W-Series for 1941-47 model years. This one has the 1941+ grille.
With no chrome / stainless steel anywhere, it could be a war time produced truck... or just a 1946-47 model which lost all his shining trim somewhere between 1946 and 2011 :)

(T/D/W)C was for the ½-ton trucks: this one has the wheel rims of a 1½-ton or of a 2-ton model, but unless someone can give the precise wheelbase of this truck (1), nothing can help us to say a model over the other.
As 1½-ton truck, it would be a WF. As 2-ton model, a WH.

1: in 1941, there was 4 wheelbases (from 126½"/3.21 m to 190"/4.83 m) for the 1½-ton model, 5 (from 136"/3.45 m to 220"/5.59 m) for the 2-ton one, with only one (160"/4.06 m) in common.
