It is a '66. The '65s didn't have the rear quarter windows. |

Also, all of the '65 GT-350s were white (not that they could not have been repainted, though). |

The colors in 1966 were varied and not just the classic White as in 1965. Shelby introduced Blue, Red, Green and Black in conjunction with the classic white. |
