The door handle is too blurry to see if it is the 1952+ "push button system" one, but the hood side emblem is a 1953-54 one. ½-ton 3100 has no second vertical reinforcement bar in front of the fender, 1-ton 3800 has a third small one on the fender: this pickup is a ¾-ton 3600.
