Appears to be similar to /vehicle_109482-Rover-16-P2-1937.html but has wing mirrors. |

It's almost certainly post-WW2 with the disc wheels; and probably a 75 [P3]. Exterior mirrors were always aftermarket until relatively recently, and wing mirrors invariably so. |
