Says 'Classic' on Carfax. Don't know these models very well so I have no idea what that means. |

There were two trim levels for 1993, the base and upscale "Classic". It was the final year for this design, and VW was playing up the potential collector appeal of the model. According to an article I found, the Classic included cruise control, heated front seats, leather-faced seats, leather gear shift knob, boot and handbrake cover, and 14-inch, 7-spoke forged alloy wheels. All 1993 were considered "Collector's Edition". |
