Ingo ◊ 2009-01-15 10:11	for such a Escort 16 years is extreme long time. mostly they were scrapped much earlier. in germany ford-cars are that ones, which were crushed in much younger years than cars made by opel, vw, audi or japanese companies - and surely mercedes and bmw. old fords are also very unpopular for selling to the export, similar as fiat, renault, daewoo and rover. just look on german junkyards. compared with the amount of sold cars in average to others, fords are overrepresented there. -- Last edit: 2009-01-15 10:11:42

This seems to have happened Jan 79 onwards with trim upgrades when L got square lights and thick side trim as visible here.
