This is not a Ford Consul Convertible but a Ford Zephyr Six Convertible of 1952/3 :the registration plate lamp housing at the rear is chrome plated ( it was body coloured on the Consuls)and it has the lateral chrome molding of the Zephyr ( this was absent on the Consul).These cars were bodied by Carbodies of Coventry |
