It is not a Jeepster. The Jeepster was a convertible. This is a Jeep Wagoneer. |

It was called Willys Jeep All-Steel Station Wagon (1946). Shorter names came later! ![]() /vehicle_11444-Willys-Jeep-All-Steel-Station-Wagon-1946.html /vehicle_11010-Willys-Jeep-All-Steel-Station-Wagon-1946.html |

I probably sent it as a Jeepster because it was already listed and I didn't check. I don't recall seeing a Jeepster but will look for one when I watch the movie again to look for the change from 57-59 Plymouth. -- Last edit: 2006-01-30 00:39:00 |

It is a Willys All Steel Station Wagon or Utility Wagon but more recent , 1955 .Up to march 1950 Willys Wagons had a vertical bar grille directly inspired from the Jeep.In march 1950 the front end was restyled with a square pattern with 5 horizontal chrome bars , later reduced to three as on this unit.Starting from 1952 , Willys Wagons were not longer considered as passenger vehicles but as commercial vehicles. |

California license number is REE 124 - that letter combination would have been issued in 1959 so the car's possibly from that year. |

Could this be a Willys Overland? |
