It seems to be a bit short for being based on the 4502 (1½-ton chassis + cowl + windshield model with a 161"/4.09 m wheelbase), all the more as the bumper looks more like the one of a light-/medium-duty model (3102 to 3802). Maybe based on the 3802 (137"/3.48 m wheelbase of a 1-ton chassis + cowl + windshield)? If so, a 1947-48 Thriftmaster or a 1949-53 3800.
