That is a Franken-Caddy, the lower grill inserts appear to be 1977 style, it has one 1977 style turn/running light, the other being from '78/'79. It's a limousine and my best guess it that it's a 1977 model that has been (unsuccessfully) updated with a 1979 grill and one light. |
