that was my first thought, too. it has a Rheinmetall (licensed) 120mm smoothbore gun we find on Abrams and Leo but with strange cutout in turret, allowing to alter guns position? compare chassis and pattern of side armor to Leo 2 A7, there is certain similarity Link to "upload.wikimedia.org" it seems to be a rather new and rare variant of Krauss-Maffei-Wegmann KMW Leopard 2 -- Last edit: 2013-07-30 02:15:19 |

It's real, of course. This paint job is unique to the Canadian tanks. This one would have come either from surplus German or Dutch stocks. |
