Unusual place to find one? |

Not so unusual. I saw half a dozen in a period of three weeks in Vienna in September 1985. Think that in 1985 more than half should have already been scrapped. Among them I can recall a "bronze Yellow" Austin 1300 GT, a red 1100 or 1330 Mk II 2 door with a black vinyl top and a MK III White Morris 1300 Traveller. I would say that they were not very common but not rare. -- Last edit: 2017-04-12 14:22:28 |

Interesting. The only factory vinyl roofs were 1300 GT and the 71-only America. The America was sold in CH, so maybe A as well?? (Or a CH visitor or home-made roof covering as other explanations). |
