Well, it's indeed the actual car-model with the highest loss of value, if you count the percentage from the new price. But by counting in absolute money, too. In Germany there are really no brand new Phaetons in private hands. At least over 90% have the Volkswagenwerk AG or a VW-dealership as the first owner in the papers. Without the price-breaking "one-day-registration" or the registration as a demonstration car, the Phaeton wouldn't sellable at all. In my village are running minimum 4 Phaetons. As far I know, all of them were former VW-owned cars.
