I didn't say it was South Africa .gif ";)") Nevertheless, Peugeots were very popular there (although this 204 looks l.h.d.) and the old HiAce (r.h.d. by the wipers) could also come from there. It seems to be an African country with vehicles imported from several places. |

Although this scene was filmed in South Africa, it seems it's supposed to be Sint Maarten/Saint Martin in the West Indies. You could probably fake it better in the south of France, say, as long as the weather is good. -- Last edit: 2013-03-14 01:12:57 |

IIRC there was no export to any African country any more in the 80ies (it is a later 601). So, anywhere it is, it's for sure a private imported souvenier from East Germany. Btw.: not worth to list? |
