It is a Land-Rover 88" Series IIa. 'G'-registration means 1968/69, DVLA says March 24th, 1969. By then the lights were mounted in the wings, at first in the 'Bug-Eye' fashion. But on the home market (i.e. UK) customers had to wait until May 1969 for this change. Therefore the given date is relyable. |
